Strawberries and Cream Pie...


I don't actually have a completed picture of this because it's so good we forgot to take one.
Strawberries and Cream Pie...
2 Marie Callendar frozen pie crusts, baked and cooled
Filling:
1 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, add the whipping cream a little at a time to prevent lumps. When it's all incorporated, mix until semi-stiff peaks form. Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Strawberries and Glaze:
Enough hulled and sliced or diced strawberries for 2 pies. Strawberry flavored Junket Danish Dessert. Prepare glaze according to package directions and let cool slightly. Add strawberries and cool in fridge for 30-60 minutes. Pour over filling and return to fridge. Let it set up before serving...YUMMY!
