It is official...we put a sign out today...our house is for sale. We have been going back and forth with this for awhile and I can't fight the "feeling" anymore that we are doing the right thing. We are ready to sell. If you know of anyone looking...we have a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious kitchen and great room on the market.

We want what is best for you, but I never thought that out of you, Nikki, and I, that I would be the one staying. I hate that you think this is best. I really do hope things work out.
