What did you do with your Tax Return?

I have been thinking alot about Tax Returns lately...tis the season...and I was wondering what you are doing with yours. Chris and I usually get a pretty good return and this was no exception...but as usual, our list of "things" we want to do with it is longer than a roll of toilet paper...so, we narrowed it down to these few items...

1. Braces for this guy...Look at those pearly whites...

2. A new washer...it was inevitable and had to be done...and I am not complaining at all!

3. This little thing...who knew they would cost so much when you don't have insurance...Oh wait...I do...
I am 8 weeks and the little one is due Sept. 18!
disclaimer: not my actual sono but this one looks just like the one he took!

So, please do tell...What did you do with your Tax Return?

Congrats!!!! That's a great thing to do with your tax return! We usually just stick ours towards whatever debt we have accrued with at least one fun purchase. The hubby said the fun purchase this year is car mats--oh joy! Congrats again!

Congratulations! (was that convincing as me being surprised? Hee hee)
Yeah a new washer, and a nice one too!
Since we're self employed, we get to write a big tax check, instead of getting a tax return. If I got a return, it would go towards our upcoming addition.

That is awesome! Congratulations!!! Maybe you will get one on your birthday. Wouldn't that be fun? I was born on my grandma's birthday and it has always been kind of fun. As for where to spend the money, I don't know what to say. I keep hearing about everyone getting their tax returns and I am a little jealous. Last year we owed. I am scared about this year.

Congrats! Since you probably get a tax return because of the number of kids you have, I would vote for the third option. Maybe I ought to consider having more kids. To late for this year though. :(

Way to go!!! I figured it was going to happen soon with your prior post about "should you/shouldn't you." My thought was "Of COURSE!!!"

Congrats!!!

well our tax returns aren't going to anything so great! Congratulations! That's awesome, we (I should say me) are still on the fence about having another one, I am still just a bit nervous about trying again. So I will just have to enjoy my tax return in another way.

Congrats on the great news! Yeah for you! What a great thing to do with tax returns...We spent ours on appliances for the house, can't see the logic in paying for something for 30 years that will only work for 10 if we are lucky...

And as for tax returns... we should own major stock in Tanner Clinic as well... : ) I told Rick we should at least spend some of it on something fun, but we're waiting to see how much the 'latest' medical bill is. Yeah. That's called fun.
