September is almost over...

This little cutie started pre-school this year and she loves it already...

she asks me everyday if preschool is on 'this' day...

miss creepy eyes here has been my little buddy now for a few hours each week...

she misses her sibs so bad and can't hardly wait for them to be home...

Jenner and her BFF Claire were giving their babies 'blessings' so they would eat good and sleep good and be good for their mommies...

I almost peed when I saw them doing this...

I had a birthday and my adorbs chillins made my day so perfect...

they made me a GIANT poo cookie with custom card and cleaned the ENTIRE house for me...

I was off playing with my sis and my ma shopping and stuffs...

my ma spoiled me also...

this right here is my mostest favorite dish right about now...

Brushetta if you must know...

and it consists of the freshest tomatoes you can find with a few other ingredients that will send your tastebuds into overload...

all without making the calorie count go up too much for the day...

But, he had a great time and can't wait for next week...

15 things for 15 years...

Today is my Anniversary...

it's been FIFTEEN YEARS y'all...

sigh...

I know right?

This past MD weekend we spent some good quality time with some of my fam at the cabin and it was fabulouso...

so relaxing (well except for the no sleep factor), and so fulfilling watching the littles enjoy their cousins so much...

there was little to no fighting and little to no sleep with loads and loads of food...

I think I gained a few...

but not to worry, it was worth it being around family for 3 whole days!

I thought a lot about this post and decided that because we had such a great weekend and all, that I would list fifteen things that have made me happy in the last fifteen and in the last few days...

This guy makes me happy...

like so giddy and silly happy with a cherry on top!

About fifteen years ago we carved our names in a tree by the cabin...

you can see it everytime you leave the 'driveway'...

and it makes me happy...

I didn't think much about it when we carved it but now it really is pretty cool to look at it and realize how old it is and how long it will continue to exist (like us)...

so very cool...

Littles on four-wheelers makes me happy...

they all love them so very much and if their isn't one running at all times, trucking around all the kids...

then there must be a problem of course...

I learned to drive these suckers when I was only 8 years old...

now my kids are learning to drive them...

at around 10 years old...

hahaha...

This picture makes me happy...

you see my man there...

he is very very silly...

and makes me laugh at the most ridiculous things...

knowing that my man isn't to manly to ride on a four wheeler with my brother and their two babies makes me happy...

and it also makes me laugh...

Taylor makes me happy...

she is silly, serious, usually content and pretty weird...

she is very strong in her morals and convictions and doesn't ever waver from her belief's and that right there couldn't make me any happier...

Rhett makes me happy...

he's smart, compassionate, goofy, a bit air-headed and very loving...

he loves to read, loves to be home with me and loves to watch all things football...

he makes me very proud to be his momma...

Grady makes me happy...

he's silly, sensitive, strong willed and super crazy...

he loves all animals and wants to be a zoo keeper someday despite the fact that he allergic to 95% of all animals...

he is still my little buddy and I love to take him along with me to the store for some reminiscing of the old days...

Jenner makes me happy...

and this picture makes me giggle...

she is strong willed, smart, very silly and very cuddly...

she just started pre-school and loves it dearly...

when we had her, it felt like having my first baby all over again...

but this time around I knew more about what I was doing and was more comfortable with myself as a mom...

she has brought so much joy to our home...

Addy makes me happy...

she is crazy, silly, imaginative and has such a great singing voice...

she can play for hours with nothing but a few baby wipes and a couple of stuffed animals...

she plays house with all sorts of weird objects...

like marbles, candy, shoes, wipes to name a few...

weirdo...

she is so funny and has even found a way to be a little jokester at her young age...

This picture of Chris and his brother makes me happy...

Tyler has been such an important building block to our family dynamic and has been such a blessing to us for the past decade...

Chris is lucky to be able to work right along side with his brother and his best friend...

that right there makes me happy times a million!

My crazy, un-photogenic baby girl makes me laugh all day long...

I don't think I have even one single decent picture of this little cutie...

and I don't care cuz this is exactly how she is all of the time...

silly...

Diet coke makes me happy...

very very happy...

that first sip of the day makes me the very most happiest!

Pedicures make me happy...

the fact that someone else is taking care of my tootsies is somethin sorta special...

so very very happy...

and we are back to this guy...

he gets to be in my Happy List a few times cuz he deserves it...

having a family with him has made my life so fulfilling and so challenging and so beautiful...

he has brought me to such a great place in my heart and I feel like myself more than ever when I am with him...

So my littles have turned another year older...

I am sad and happy at the same time...

they are so cute and silly but I miss the little baby stages too...

Here they are painting with their paint sets they got from Grandma...

We had a huge friend party for them (no pictures yet) and they got all sorts of craft sets...

I don't do crafty things and so Chris so generously took over on those gifts...

My cute momma came up the night before the ginormous birthday party to help us and we celebrated with her and let the girls open her gifts to them...

Grandma even made them Birthday Flip Flops...

she is AH-Mazing

Nammy and Papa had this old teeter totter fitted with some new seats for the girls birthdays and they love it...

So do my older kids...

well, maybe not Rhett at this particular moment...

Ballie came over to help make some cupcakes and I snuck this shot...

we celebrated our anniversary early this year by going to Seven Brides for Seven Brothers at Sundance...

it was way fun and good to get away for a minute...

Happenings...

We've been dong a lot of lounging this summer...

hangin out on my driveway watching the kiddos...

We had girls camp last week and I was the camp cook...

this was the back of my car on the way up...

it was literally stacked to the very top of the car...

good thing I drive a burb...

My two little have August Birthdays so we celebrated with some fam last night...

they got their coveted 'make-up' kits and they were both in heaven...

me, not so much!

Not to toot my own horn or anything...

well, okay...I'll toot it...

the theme at camp this year was Happily Ever After and we were the princess Mulan...

so all things Mulan-ish were all about our campsite...

we even had a karate chopping station and all of us who dared to chop totally did it!

it was so exhilarating to chop that wood in half with my bare hand...

so cool!

I went all beast on it and I rocked it for sure...

it's so fun and such a great idea for whomever invented it...

awesome!

I found this tutorial and wanted to try it so bad...

and it turned out really cute...

I love it!

First you take any clothing item you want to dye and put something under it to protect the other side...

here I used a lid from a bin...

then I wrote on it with Elmer's blue gel glue, apparently it has to be the blue gel or it won't work...

and then I let it dry...

after the glue was totally dry I dyed the shirt with Rit dye...

it didn't take long to soak up the color but in hind-sight, I would have let it soak longer...

after the dyeing process, let the shirt completely dry...

When it's dry, soak it in some soapy water for about 15 minutes to get the excess glue off and wash as usual...

see how faded the color is, this is the reason why I would have liked to have soaked it longer...

but, I really like how it turned out and it was super easy...

Randoms and drama from this stay-at-home-momma...

You know how it is when summer rolls around...

too hot and too tired to do much...

but it is my most favorite time of year...

I sit outside all day watching the girls play and working on my tan...

I love it!

It seems that when it's time to do the laundry or dishes or clean the house, I just don't even care cuz I would rather be outside with the kids...

sometimes when Chris comes home from work he pulls out a chair and joins me...

it calls for the 8 o'clock dinners and 11:30pm bedtimes...

but if you know me at all, you know I couldn't give a flying squirrel's A$$ about any of that...

I just love to be outside taking it all in!

This year for the first time in ten years, we attended the Bountiful parade for the celebration of the 24th of July...

they had planned for a very special ending to the parade that we had only heard about a couple of days before...

there were 2,000 boys dressed up as the stripling warriors from old time Mormon stories and it was breathtaking...

super cool to see...

I looked at Chris and asked to think about if this was all real, like when it was real and what their parents were thinking watching their boys all join together like that...

it was sorta surreal... 

apparently the span of the boys marching was 400 yards...

it was truly spectacular...

but to this little girlie...

it was just another loud and boring parade...

hahaha

my good friend and neighbor invited me along for a fabulous girls day...

it consisted of eating the very best cheeseburger ever for lunch and getting our tootsies pampered and rubbed and painted all cute...

it was heaven!

We were looking at oldies of Chris the other day and these were a couple that had us all in stitches...

sorry it's turned but it was on my phone and I couldn't right it out...

seriously...look at all those dimples

We spent a few days at my parents cabin and it was delightful...

but the very instant we got home and unpacked a few bags, miss Adders found my make-up and applied some mascara to her eyes all by herself...

it was pretty funny...

Our new favorite thing to do is paint ourselves with wet chalk...

it's so cool when it dries on your skin...

it's all bright and fun...

except I warn you to shy away from the blue chalk if you do this...

it tends to look like bruises on the skin and it stains your clothes...

poor Jenner still has a little bit of blue on her scalp...

and even worse than that, the next day her neck looked all bruised up and suspicious...

it was crazy looking, like someone had tried to srangle her...

so, stay away from the blue for sure...
